§ 32.26 DEPARTMENT POLICIES.
    For all matters pertaining to the government of the Police Department not provided by law or this Code, the Chief of Police shall recommend, for the approval of the Town Manager, Police Department policies. The Chief of Police shall promulgate and enforce the policies within the Police Department.
