§ 32.25 CHIEF OF POLICE; APPOINTMENT; DUTIES.
   The Chief of Police shall be appointed by the Town Manager. The Chief shall have control over the Police Department under the supervision of the Board. The Chief shall keep the Board informed of the Department’s activities and make the reports that the Board may from time to time require, and he or she shall perform such other duties as may be required of him or her by the Board.
