(A) It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any person to hunt with firearms within the corporate limits of the town.
(B) It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any person to discharge (shoot) or cause to be discharged any firearms, such as, but not limited to, shotguns, rifles, or pistols, within the corporate limits of the town.
(C) The prohibitions set forth in this section shall not apply to any duly authorized local, state, or federal law enforcement officer while on duty.
