(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with the provisions of §§ 113.01 et seq., or who shall counsel, aid, or abet any such violation or failure to comply, shall be deemed guilty of a general misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
