§ 112.99 PENALTY.

Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with the provisions of § 112.01, or who shall counsel, aid, or abet any such violation or failure to comply, shall be deemed guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $100 or imprisonment for not more than 20 days.
