§ 111.999 PENALTY.

Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, or who shall counsel, aid, or abet any such violation or failure to comply, shall be deemed guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine as determined from time to time by the Board of Commissioners or imprisonment for not more than 20 days.
