§ 110.17 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.

Application for a license to establish or conduct a business of pawnbroker within the corporate limits of the Town of Murphy, State of North Carolina, shall be made to the Town Clerk of the Town of Murphy, State of North Carolina, who is hereby authorized to issue the license on behalf of the Town of Murphy, State of North Carolina.
