§ 97.05 REFUSAL OR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH CHAPTER; OBSTRUCTING TOWN EMPLOYEES.
   No owner of any lot or other land shall fail, neglect, or refuse to cut and remove grass, weeds, or other vegetation as required by the provisions of this chapter. No owner of any lot or other land shall fail, neglect, or refuse to comply with the provisions of any notice served as provided herein. No person shall resist or obstruct the employees and/or agents of the town in the cutting and removal of grass, weeds, and other vegetation pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
