§ 97.01 CONTROL OF WEEDS, GRASS, OR OTHER VEGETATION NEAR STREETS.
   (A)   No owner of any lot or other land in the town shall permit or maintain on it, any growth of grass, weeds, or other rank vegetation to a height greater than 12 inches.
   (B)   No owner of any lot or other land in the town shall cause, suffer, or allow poison ivy, ragweed, or other similar poisonous or detrimental plants to grow on the lot or other land so that any part of the poison ivy, ragweed, or other similar poisonous or detrimental plant shall border, extend upon, extend over, or overhang any street, sidewalk, or other public place.
