§ 96.14 ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE.
    It shall be unlawful for the owner thereof to allow or permit any horses, dogs unless under positive voice control, or other animals to run at large in any park and it shall be unlawful to ride horses in any park except upon designated marked bridle trails.
