§ 96.13 PLANT MATERIAL.

It shall be unlawful for any person to dig, cut, bruise, debark, or mutilate, or cause to be transplanted, cut, bruised, debarked, or mutilated, any plant material of all and any description within any park land without written permission of the Clerk or foreman.
