§ 96.08 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND NARCOTIC DRUGS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to bring upon, possess, consume, or display any alcoholic beverages or narcotic drugs in any park; and it shall be unlawful for any person under the influence of intoxicating beverages to enter or remain within any town park or recreation area. It shall be unlawful for any person under the influence of narcotic drugs to enter or remain within any park or recreation area.
