§ 96.02 DESTRUCTION OF PARK PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to remove, destroy, mutilate, or deface any structure, monument, statue or planter, fountain, wall, fence, railing, vehicle, bench, picnic table, trees, plants, or any other property in any park, recreation area, or recreation center.
