§ 30.01 OFFICE OF MAYOR; DUTIES.
   The Mayor shall:
   (A)   Keep himself or herself informed as to the town’s business;
   (B)   Outline the powers and duties of committees as the Board may direct;
   (C)   Make recommendations to the Board; and
   (D)   Perform other duties as authorized by law or this code.
