§ 93.99 PENALTY.

Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of § 93.01, or who shall counsel, aid, or abet any such violation or failure to comply, shall be deemed guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment for not more than 20 days.
