§ 91.06 FIRE BOMBS; ENFORCEMENT.
   The Mayor, and in his or her absence, the Mayor Pro Tempore, and in the absence of both officials the Chief of Police, shall be and they are hereby authorized to enforce the preceding section for the periods of time as they shall deem necessary.
