(A) It shall be unlawful for any owner, tenant, agent, occupant, or person in possession, occupation, or control of any vacant lot, land, or premises within the town to permit to remain thereon any empty bottles, empty cans, abandoned automobile bodies or parts, trash, filth, debris, garbage, litter, or rubbish of any kind whatever, and it shall be the duty of all persons in control, possession, or occupation of any such lot, land, or premises within the town to keep the same in a clean, healthy, wholesome, and sanitary condition at all times.
(B) It shall be the duty of the Police Department of the town to enforce the provisions of this section.
