§ 90.064 SPILLING OF VEHICLE LOADS.
   (A)   Any person engaged in the hauling or transporting of dirt, crushed stone, concrete, coal, building materials, sand, or other loose material of every kind for any purpose whatever through or upon any street, lane, alley, or public way in the town shall haul or transport the same in vehicles with tight bodies and constructed, equipped, and loaded so that the contents thereof shall not fall on any street, sidewalk, or public way within the town. In the event any person violates the provisions of this section, he or she shall be required to remove the material from the streets, lanes, alleys, sidewalks, or public ways and/or shall be required to reimburse the town for any cost incurred by the town in the removal thereon and shall further be prohibited from using the streets, lanes, alleys, or public ways within the town until compliance herewith has been made or performed.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Police Department of the town to enforce the provisions of this section.
