§ 90.042 PLACING OBJECTS ON STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   Except as provided in division (B) below, no brick, stone, or wood or other substance obstructing the free passage of persons and vehicles shall be placed or suffered to lay in any of the alley ways, streets, or other routes of the town, nor shall any person place on or in any of the streets, sidewalks, or alley ways of the town any boxes, crates, casks, barrels, tree limbs, logs, stumps, leaves, discarded appliances, or any other obstruction of any kind, provided that any person erecting a building may with permission place building material for immediate use on the streets in such a way as to not interfere with the usual traffic.
   (B)   Upon application, the Town Manager may issue a permit authorizing a dumpster to occupy up to two parking spaces at a specific location for up to two weeks and in case of large or extensive building, construction, or remodeling, the Town Manager, in his or her absolute discretion, may issue a permit authorizing a dumpster to occupy three parking spaces at a specific location and/or may extend the permit for an additional two weeks. A person, firm, or corporation may place a dumpster on parking spaces of the town in accordance with the permit issued therefor.
