(A) The use or possession of a lighted cigarette, lighted cigar, lighted pipe, or any other lighted tobacco product is prohibited on that portion of Fain Alley between the intersection of Fain Alley and Valley River Avenue and the intersection of Fain Alley and Bulletin Street.
(B) Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed responsible for an infraction and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $50.
