Any time that repairs to backflow prevention assemblies are deemed necessary, whether through initial, annual testing, or routine inspection by the owner or by the Town of Murphy, these repairs must be completed within a specified time in accordance with the degree of hazard. In no case shall this time period exceed 30 days.
