§ 53.09 IMPLEMENTATION.

It shall be the duty of the Mayorof the Town of Murphy, North Carolina, to implement the terms and provisions of this chapter. However, the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Murphy, North Carolina, shall have the final authority in any disputed matter arising hereunder.
