§ 53.07 RATES.

The rates charged the customers of the water supply and distribution system and/or sewer collection, treatment, and disposal system of the town shall be in such amounts as shall be determined from time to time by the Board of Commissioners of the town and a schedule thereof kept on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
