§ 53.06 DEPOSITS.

Before water service and/or sewer service is provided to a potential water customer and/or sewer customer of the town, the customer shall pay a deposit in an amount which shall be determined from time to time by the Board of Commissioners, and a schedule thereof kept on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
