§ 90.050 DEFINITION.
   When used in this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SIDEWALK DINING ACTIVITIES. Serving food and beverages from a restaurant abutting State of North Carolina right-of-way to customers seated in the State of North Carolina right-of-way or serving food and beverages from a restaurant abutting town street or alley right-of-way to customers seated in the town street or alley right-of-way.
