919.08 RIGHTS-OF-WAY CONSTRUCTION PERMIT FEES.

Upon grantee's acceptance of the rights-of-way construction permit, grantee shall pay to the Building and Zoning Inspector a rights-of-way construction permit fee set forth in Section 163.31.
