917.05 PROHIBITED TREES.

   (a)   No person shall plant in any devil strip the following trees:

 

Poplar	Ailanthus	Nut Trees
Willow	Cottonwood	Fruit Trees
Conifer	Silver Maple

 

   (b)   No person, without the written consent of the Zoning Inspector, shall plant the following trees within twenty-five feet of a public right-of-way or building:

 

Willow	Cottonwood	Silver Maple
Poplar

 

   (c)   The Zoning Inspector may approve a site within twenty-five feet of a public right-of-way or public building for the planting of these trees if the site will not permit the tree roots or branches to interfere or cause damage to sewer lines, water lines, sidewalks or buildings.
