917.04 STREET TREE PLAN.

(a) All trees or shrubs hereafter planted in any devil strip in the Municipality shall conform as to species and location as provided in the street tree plan which is hereby made a part of the chapter.

(b) The street tree plan shall provided for the exclusive list of trees and shrubs permitted within the devil strip area.
