909.02 RESIDENTIAL STREET LIGHTING.
   (a)   All new residential street lighting, excepting intersections, installed hereafter shall be a minimum 7700 lumens.
   (b)   All replacement residential street lighting, excepting intersections, hereafter shall be a minimum 7700 lumens.
