(a) Any registration may be revoked by the City Engineer or Director of Public Services, or their designate as follows:
(1) At any time for conditions or considerations which, had they existed at the time of issuance, would have been valid grounds for its denial.
(2) For any misrepresentation of material fact in the application discovered after issuance of the registration.
(3) For violation of any provisions of Part Thirteen of the Building Code of Munroe Falls.
(4) For the conviction of the registrant upon any federal, state or municipal law or ordinance for moral turpitude.
(b) The revocation shall become effective upon a notice of revocation being served upon such registrant or the posting of such revocation at the premises affected.
(c) As a preliminary step to revocation, the City Engineer or Director of Public Services, or their designate, may issue an order suspending such registration, which shall become effective immediately upon service of such written notice upon the registration. The notice shall specify the reasons for suspension and may provide conditions under which reinstatement of the registration may be obtained. Upon compliance with such conditions within the specified time, such registration may be restored.
