741.05 ISSUANCE OF REGISTRATION.

(a) Upon receipt of an application for a registration accompanied by the proper fee, the City Engineer or Director of Public Services, or their designate, shall review the application and either approve such registration or deny the registration. The fee deposited with each application shall be deposited in the general fund.

(b) The registration, if issued, shall be signed by the City Engineer or Director of Public Services, or their designate.
