731.08 REPORTING MECHANISMS.

(a) Each permit holder shall complete and file with the City of Munroe Falls Clerk/Treasurer a Semi-Annual Municipal Solid Waste/Recycling Form, by the 15th day of July and the 15th day of January of each year. A sample form shall be provided to each permit holder by the City of Munroe Falls.

(b) This form shall allow the City to comply with the reporting requirements of the Summit County Regional Solid Waste Management Authority.
