721.09 APPEALS.

Any applicant denied a certificate or whose certificate has been revoked may appeal the denial to the Council of the City of Munroe Falls. Notice of such appeal shall be filed with the Clerk of Council within five days after the denial or revocation. Council on appeal may grant, reject or reinstate the certificate.
