541.13 TRESPASSING OR LOITERING IN SCHOOL BUILDINGS OR GROUNDS.

(a) No person shall trespass, loiter, or remain in the building or upon the grounds of any school, in violation of the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Education or other authority of the school district in which such school is located.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
