521.11 STRINGING WIRES.

(a) No person shall place, construct or maintain any pole, line, wire, guyline, fixture or appliance for conducting electricity or for telephone transmission, on or over any highway, street or other public way or place, without the consent of the Municipality.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
