509.11 STREET DANCES AND BLOCK PARTIES.

(a) No person shall engage in any dance or party, in, upon or along the streets or sidewalks of the Municipality, without first obtaining a permit issued by the Chief of Police and approved by the Mayor.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
