509.10 STATE OF EMERGENCY.

(a) When in the judgment of the Mayor, it is necessary to declare a state of emergency, he may impose a curfew to preserve the public peace, safety and welfare of the community.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
