(a) The Board shall elect from its members a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman, a Secretary and such other officers as it may deem necessary.
(b) The Board shall elect or re-elect its officers at its first regular meeting in January of each year and thereafter meet at least once each month if an appeal is pending before them.
(c) The Board shall elect or re-elect its officers at its first regular meeting in January of each year. A majority of the members of the Board shall constitute a quorum and the affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the Board shall be necessary for any official action.
(d) The Board shall adopt its own rules and regulations and shall keep a complete journal of its proceedings.
(e) In addition to the assistance provided by the staff personnel of the administrative departments, the Board may, when it is deemed necessary, solicit Council for the appointment of an administrative assistant to assist in the clerical duties associated with the needs of this Board.
(f) Procedure before the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be in accordance with standards established by the Zoning Ordinance.
