305.01 UNIFORM SYSTEM OF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES.

The Mayor, Superintendent of Roads and Utilities and the Chief of Police shall adopt a manual and specifications for a uniform system of traffic control devices for use upon public ways within the Municipality. Such uniform system shall correlate with, conform to, so far as possible, or may consist in whole or in part of, the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways prepared by the Ohio Department of Transportation.
