Concurrent with the application for and the issuance of any zoning certificate or conditional zoning certificate authorized pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance, the applicant shall pay the fee hereinafter enumerated and applicable to the applicant's structure:
(a) Single-family dwelling | $100.00 |
(b) Two-family dwelling | $ 100.00 |
(c) Addition to dwelling | $ 100.00 |
(d) Alterations to dwelling without changing area dimensions thereof certificate required | No fee |
(e) Apartment building, apartment house | $100.00 |
(f) Garage, carport, breezeway, shed, deck or gazebo | $ 35.00 |
(g) Business, commercial, mercantile, or industrial building or structure, including accessory buildings or structures - 1,000 square feet or less | $150.00 |
For each additional 1,000 square feet of area or fraction thereof | $5.00 each |
(h) Outdoor swimming pool - above or in ground | $35.00 |
(i) Circus, carnival, tent show, side show, midway, artificial curiosity, etc., where admission in any form is charged, except for charitable purposes | $300.00 |
(1) Where the above use is completely for charitable purposes, the zoning permit must be taken out but the fee for each permit will be waived | |
(2) An additional deposit for cleaning up premises shall be paid and will be refunded if the premises is left in satisfactory condition upon removal of attraction. | $100.00 |
(j) Any building or structure, not specifically enumerated hereinabove. | $35.00 |
(1) Plus $5.00 for each $1,000 of value of fraction thereof. | |
(2) Value to be determined by construction bids or contracts and such additional evidence as Zoning Inspector may require. | |
(k) Moving buildings or structures from one lot or parcel of land to another site without entering upon or crossing a public street | $35.00 |
(l) Moving a building or structure from one lot or parcel of land to another site requiring entering upon or moving along a public street-per day or any part thereof | $35.00 |
(1) In addition thereto, applicant shall furnish bond and deposits in the amount to be determined by the Mayor to indemnify the Municipality and the public against any damage, etc., which may result therefrom and to defray the costs of police protection. | |
