913.05 DRIVEWAY/DRIVEWAY APRONS PERMIT/INSPECTION FEES.

Property owners shall be required to obtain a driveway/driveway apron permit from the Municipality and pay the inspection fees as set forth in Section 163.02(a) of these Codified Ordinances.
