1501.01 ADOPTION.

There is hereby adopted by the municipality the Ohio Fire Code (OFC), as adopted by the Ohio Division of State Fire Marshal, Department of Commerce, and as published in the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC), as amended from time-to-time. It is the intent of this provision to apply the then-current Fire Prevention Code to any issue occurring within the City.
