1301.01 ADOPTION.

There is hereby adopted by the Municipality, the Ohio Building Code (OBC) as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations, and as published by the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) currently in effect and as amended from time to time utilizing the then- existing Code in the application and enforcement by the City.
