§ 32.23 USE OF SMOKE-PRODUCING TOBACCO PRODUCTS IN CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
   The city forbids the use of smoke-producing tobacco products at its meetings, including, but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars and pipes.
