The International Property Maintenance Code as published by the International Code Council, Inc. and is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the City of Munfordville, in the State of Kentucky, together with any amendments, are hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth in this code of ordinances. Copies of the above codes and any amendments thereto shall be placed on file in the office of the City Clerk where they shall be available for public inspection during normal business hours.
