§ 136.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of § 136.01 shall be subject to the following:

      (1)   Any parent, guardian, or person having the legal custody of a minor which minor violates any provision of § 136.01 shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. In addition, any minor violating any provision of § 136.01 may be referred to Juvenile Court.

      (2)   Any person not a minor who violates § 136.01 shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense.
