§ 95.06 OUTER BURIAL CONTAINERS; VAULTS.
   The direct burial of caskets without any type of outer burial container or the use of wooden boxes in the Munfordville Municipal Cemetery is prohibited. The outer container must be made of nondeteriorating material, such as concrete, steel, polypropylene, fiberglass or other impervious material, and hermetically sealed. All parts of the burial container shall be buried to a depth of at least two feet below the level of the natural surface of the ground per 901 KAR 5:090. A 16-inch, poured-concrete footer shall be placed under all of the grave markers.
