§ 95.04 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
   (A) The Board of Cemetery Commissioners shall provide rules, regulations, and by-laws for the management of the cemetery, upon approval by the City Council.
   (B) Cemetery revenue shall be used only for the upkeep, improvement, or extension of the cemetery, and for the payment of the purchase price of the lands used by the cemetery and purchased from the Munfordville Cemetery Co., Inc., as set out above. The Board shall recommend to the City Council the charges for lots sold in the cemetery to individuals and for the maintenance, care, upkeep, and use of such lots as it deems necessary and advisable.
