(A) The city shall purchase from the Munfordville Cemetery Co., Inc., all cemetery lands owned by that corporation, and shall pay it the sum of $5,000, at the rate of 80% of all monies received from the sale of cemetery lots until the purchase price is paid, with interest at the rate of 5% per annum.
(B) The city shall establish a municipal cemetery to be known as the Munfordville Municipal Cemetery.
