§ 90.18 LICENSE TAG TO BE ATTACHED TO DOG.

The license tag shall be affixed to a substantial collar furnished by the owner which shall be kept on the animal at all times, and only the owner or his authorized agent shall remove the collar with attached tag from any animal.
